Job Description :
We are looking to hire candidates to be a part of our amazing customer service team. Candidate should be Self-driven, Motivated and Task Driven Individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from Manager and Lead. Accountable for rendering useful administrative support to other members of the team.
· He/She must show the willingness to learn. Should be Creative and can solve an analytical problem with a Passion for excellent Customer Service.
· Giving a resolution to the customers or clients is the key responsibility.
· Should carry out various professional services like Business Research, Legal services, Financial Analysis etc. as trained.
· Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing accurate resolution every time
· Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers
Qualification / Sills Required:
· Fresher’s / Experience Candidates in similar field
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Comprehension and Problem-solving Skills
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Office.
· Working knowledge of CRM platforms, will be preferred.
· Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes
· Should be patient enough and quite motivated towards learning new things and execute it effectively on day to day basis.
· Flexible to Work in Shifts
